The mobile home
Our cosy mobile home is located at campsite De Mölnhöfte in Diepenheim, in the beautiful region of Twente, and is suitable for up to 4 persons. It is especially comfortable for 2 adults with up to 2 children, but also very suitable for guests who enjoy peace, nature, walking and cycling.
The mobile home has a living area with seating and dining table, a kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet and shower, and a covered outdoor seating area. There is also a fenced garden, a private parking space and a covered storage area for bicycles.
The mobile home is especially suitable for guests who appreciate comfort, a quiet setting and a pleasant base for exploring the area.
The campsite
Campsite De Mölnhöfte is located just outside the charming village of Diepenheim. It is a small and friendly campsite with facilities for both young and old. There are playgrounds, sports facilities and a restaurant with terrace. In season, extra facilities such as the swimming pool are available.
Adults can enjoy the peace and the countryside, while children can play on the campsite. Outside the holiday periods the campsite is often especially quiet.
The surroundings
Diepenheim is located between Zutphen and Enschede in the region called Hof van Twente. The area is known for its peace and quiet, nature, woods, heathland, beautiful cycling routes and the six castles around Diepenheim.
Near the campsite you will find, among other things, the historic Den Haller watermill, Warmelo Castle with its gardens and sand sculptures, several playgrounds, a restaurant, and possibilities for golfing, walking and cycling. Day trips to Delden, Markelo, Bad Bentheim or amusement parks are also easy to make.
Booking
On this page you can send a booking request for our mobile home. After submitting the form, we will send you an email to confirm whether the requested period is available and what the total costs are.
The booking is only final after we have confirmed availability by email and after you have replied to that email. After our confirmation, we will hold the reservation for 48 hours for you.

Below you can see the availability of the mobile home. Red days are already booked; days without colour are available. You can choose your own arrival and departure dates within the available periods. A stay of 1 night is not possible; booking is possible from 2 nights. We prefer no dogs.

Note about the Dutch price overview
The automatic price calculation currently appears in Dutch. Above, it will show for which period you want to book and what the rental price is for that period.
In the table below, the Dutch terms mean:

Arrival time: between 15:00 and 21:00.
Departure time: until 11:00.
You can choose your own arrival and departure dates in the calendar. A stay of 1 night is not possible; booking is possible from 2 nights. If you are unsure about a period or would like to discuss something special, please email or message us, or mention it in the comments field.
Reservation
Extras
The mobile home must always be left with clean dishes and with an empty fridge and freezer.
Furniture and kitchen items should be returned as much as possible to the same place where they were found.
Please take your rubbish to the containers at the entrance of the campsite.
If you choose to do the final cleaning yourself, the mobile home must be left just as clean as you found it:
vacuuming, mopping, cleaning all flat surfaces, washbasins and toilet, and sweeping the outside step.
If this is not the case during inspection, cleaning costs may still be deducted from the deposit.
If you select this option, we calculate bed linen for all adults and children entered in the form.
Exceptions can be mentioned in the comments field.
1 set = 2 large towels and 2 small towels.
Please note: bed linen is not available for the travel cot. Only a mattress protector is provided.
You need to bring your own additional bedding.
Please note: regular campsite wifi can be purchased separately at reception. Connection is not always optimal.

Please note: after filling in and sending this form, we will send you an email to confirm whether the reservation can go ahead and what the costs are. Your booking is only final after you reply to our confirmation email. After our confirmation, we will hold the reservation for 48 hours for you.
Please note: opposite the campsite, about 200 metres as the crow flies from the mobile home, there is a company called Teerds (scrap / metal trade). On working days during working hours, some sounds from there may sometimes be heard. In our experience these are not disturbing and they are not heard all day, but we would like to mention this fairly.
Additional costs and notes
- Tourist tax: charged per paying person per night.
- Deposit: € 100. This will be refunded after inspection of the mobile home.
- Final cleaning by us: € 50, if desired.
- Bed linen: € 4 per person.
- Towel set: € 4 per set.
- Hotspot: € 25, from 2 weeks € 50.
- Regular wifi can be purchased at the campsite reception.
- Possible additional campsite charges that are not always included in the rental price will be explained in our confirmation if relevant.
